Eternal Dragon

ternal Dragon is a monumental painting measuring 550 × 300 cm, created live during the Cracow Art Fair in 2024 — the Chinese Year of the Dragon.

The work pays tribute to the dragon as an ancient symbol of power, transformation, and transcendence, while also serving as a bold experiment in human–algorithm collaboration.

The piece was made using my signature NEXT technique (Neural Expression Translation) — a hybrid method in which intuitive painting gestures are informed by generative algorithms.

Through this process, digital suggestions of rhythm, structure, and flow are integrated into physical action, creating a layered visual language where the organic meets the coded.

The serpentine forms and cosmic textures within Eternal Dragon evoke not only mythological beasts but also the primal energy of nature and data itself.

The dragon becomes a figure of infinite transformation — a bridge between ancient archetypes and emerging digital mythologies.

The scale of the painting demanded full-body engagement and immersive presence, amplified by the live audience at the fair.

It stands as a visual meditation on symbolic power in the age of intelligent machines — a convergence of myth, matter, and machine learning.
